No, you can only use your songs for non-commercial uses, so monetization is not allowed
It typically takes 1-2 business days, but it may vary depending on the server load. In some situations, it might take up to 4 days.
Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays
Commercial use includes any use that generates revenue. This includes monetization on sites like YouTube and uploading songs to music streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music. It also includes licensing your songs for use in an advertisement, film, TV program or podcast.
We retain ownership of the songs you generate, but you are allowed to use those songs for non-commercial purposes
